About Steph

Hey, I’m Steph, speaker, coach, and career development advocate.

Throughout my career, I’ve written over 1,500 resumes, coached more than 400 professionals, and trained Career Development Practitioners at institutions like Simon Fraser University.

With a Bachelor of Social Work, a Trauma-Informed Certificate, I’ve seen how deeply our work affects our well-being. And I’ve felt it personally, through toxic work environments, burnout, and the pressure to pretend everything was fine.

That’s why I do this work.

Career development isn’t working the way it should. Too many people are unsupported, underpaid, or stuck in roles that drain them. Too many systems fail to see the human behind the job title. I’m here to change that.

I believe that career development is a mental health strategy, and that job searching, reinvention, and leadership are skills anyone can learn with the right support. My approach blends strategy and storytelling to help people build careers, and lives, that feel like them.

When I’m not working, you can find me hanging with my partner and son fishing, camping, or spending time with my horse, Cache or my dog Ranger.
